WHAT I BOUGHT AT CVS:

— BioFreeze Roll-On: since giving birth I’ve had really bad wrist pain! (Pls lmk if you’ve experienced this?!) Rolling this on helps ease the pain

— Beekeeper’s Naturals Immune Support Spray: we keep this stocked in our household! They also make a kid’s version which is what I purchased during the sale.

— KIND Breakfast Protein bars: having a quick 8g of protein per bar is so helpful when we’re on the go and need a snack

— LOLLEEZ Organic Throat Soothing Pops: yes, they’re for kids, but we love them too! Especially during cold season, it’s nice to have these on hand just in case.

— Wonderful Roasted & Salted Pistachios: one of our favorite on-the-go snacks happened to be on sale so you know I’m going to stock up!

Navigating sleep with a new baby is hard, let alone a baby going through a 4 month sleep regression!
