Once you make your decisions ( they give you plenty of time to think it over ) you simply go to your online profile, checkout with the pieces you wish to keep and send back the ones you don’t like! My favorite part is the included pre-paid shipping label and packaging so it is little-to-no effort on your part.
Another great feature is that their membership doesn’t have to be monthly; you can decide to receive boxes bi-monthly and even quarterly.
