I have a recent obsession with neon colors, so you can imagine how fond of this outfit I am. The bright top is such a fun twist on the usual business outfit. Also, how perfect is this Forever 21 necklace? It’s definitely one of those pieces that looks more expensive than it is…which is my favorite!
