I’ve realized lately that one of the biggest issues with my wardrobe is that I am very lacking in the shirt department. I have a ton of button downs (button ups? what is the proper term…), long sleeve tops and sweaters…but I legitimately do not have more than 5-6 tops that I can throw on like the one in this post. When I am shopping, I don’t gravitate to the casual tops because I always feel like I have enough, but when I am getting ready to go out with friends, I have no idea what to wear because all of my pieces are a bit more dressed up than the causal t-shirt vibe I’m going for.
This top from Page 6 Boutique is the first addition to my newly developing shirt collection. It’s an amazing fit and the quality is perfection — the cotton material is extremely comfortable, but the added trim of white fabric sets the top apart and makes it a more unique piece. I paired it with my new favorite ripped denim and coveted espadrilles for the perfect beach day (spent on Santa Monica pier with the best ice cream cone I’ve had in a long time). I highly recommend ALL three of these pieces; they’re the best Spring & Summer basics to own!

I feel the same way! I need to update my shirts collection. I have a lot of sweaters, which won’t be getting worn for awhile as it gets warmer.
