I unintentionally took a couple days off to have a fun weekend getaway, but it feels so good to be back! My boyfriend and two of our friends took a little trip up the West Coast to a town near Santa Barbara called Los Olivos. The area is like an escape to a beautiful countryside, with rolling green hills and vineyards for miles.
A friend of ours works at his family’s winery, located in Los Olivos, called Saarloos & Sons. It is by far the coolest tasting room in Los Olivos. With the trendy decor, awesome employees, and the ever so sweet cupcakes by Enjoy Cupcakes (perfect to pair with your wine tastings), it’s the place to be if you’re in the area.
One last stop at Paula’s Pancakes House for some Danish pancakes and waffles and we were on our way. Until next time, Los Olivos!
