Python in the Fall

This past summer I got to partner with Blush Boutique to show you an easy breezy romper look. I am excited to be able to feature them again for an entire week to show you three Fall inspired looks – with a twist!

If you read my blog regularly, then you have probably seen me reference this ridiculous weather that we’re having in Southern California. It is November 17th, and today the high is 76 degrees. Now, you may think that sounds lovely and that I am crazy for complaining (I understand, the snow must get rough!)…BUT a girl needs a little faux fur action, and a lot of scarves and flannels in her life this time of year! Since I have yet to truly bust out the winter wear, I am going to show you what “Fall” means to this California girl.

This first look is an amazing dress from Blush that you can truly wear for multiple occasions. I decided to put a bit of an edgy twist to this dress so that it didn’t look too serious. The leather vest (c/o my shopping habits while studying abroad and practically living in Zara) is a strong piece, but the light color isn’t too overbearing for the print. The sandals allow me to keep the color scheme dark and Fall oriented, but also allow me to beat the November heat. This is the perfect outfit for a warm, breezy November day. Here’s hoping that December brings cooler temps!
