It feels good to be a part of a movement dedicated to empowering women around the world. It feels even better when you can use your greatest passion to do it. I am excited to join in on a journey with Sseko by using fashion to empower and educate women in Uganda. It’s incredible that something we see as everyday necessities (shoes, clothes, bags) can change peoples lives in other countries. With the ability to handcraft these items and sell them, Sseko is putting women through school, and showing them a better way of life. Everyone deserves a chance at education and empowerment. Sseko is making that right-to-education a reality…with one sale at a time.
