Living in Southern California during the Fall means getting creative with how you carry over your denim shorts into the season appropriately. Meaning…it’s still way too hot to even think about wearing pants, BUT you want to filter in your Fall tops regardless.
This is my take on the early days of Fall. This embroidered jacket is a very transitional piece color wise, however the thickness of it makes it more appropriate for cooler weather. I paired this white tank top underneath for a fresh look, however I would also put black or navy blue underneath for an evening look. I think it would also be fun to mix prints by putting a thin stripe top underneath, paired with dark flared denim!
I always love the way One Teaspoon cutoffs look with heels, so I decided to try it for this outfit! I love these shorts because I’ve always been self conscious of tight fitting shorts (though I’ve always worn them anyways ha) so these shorts are always my go-to. They are actually two sizes too big because that’s all that was left to purchase, so I would only suggest sizing up one size if you want a loose fit, but they work!
Also, can we take a moment of silence for this Henri Bendel tote? It’s so perfect for work and travelling. It fits my computer perfectly, and everything else I need to bring with me! It’s so chic and minimal, yet makes such a statement due to its size. I’m a fan.
