When it comes to rompers, my obsession runs deep. If you’ve been following along for a while, then you’ve probably been bombarded with the overwhelming amount of times I’ve said something about how much I love rompers. At least I’m consistent, right?! Still love them, still can’t get enough. When I saw this Floral Romper in the Savvy Department at Nordstrom a couple of weeks ago, I felt it deep in my bones that I needed to buy it. (How’s that for melodramatic?)
I tried to resist the urge, and even walked around the Promenade and finished up my Christmas shopping before going back and inevitably caving in. We don’t have to talk about the other floral romper I bought at the exact same time…at least not until I shoot it for the blog…then I will once again bombard you with my love for romps. Sorry not sorry.
Not only is this Floral Romper down right gorgeous, but it’s also the perfect winter romper (at least for the coastal states that get a warmer winter, that is) and comes in another print. I wore it out for one of my girlfriends’ birthday dinners & it made for the perfect ‘going out’ romper for the night of dancing that followed. It’s also an excellent date night romper. SO easy, so comfortable, lined so you don’t have to worry about it being see-through, and for the quality…the price point is spot on.
Needless to say, there is not one tinge of buyer’s remorse inside of me for this romper splurge (now, the Dolce Vita booties that I bought at the same time definitely went back to the store. Do I miss them? Kind of…sometimes. But we won’t talk about that).
ALSO. If you are looking for a fedora, you neeeeeeed need NEED to browse the selection on Styled by Noir. I’ve been searching high and low for the perfect black fedora, and honestly nothing compares to this Lack of Color fedora. And don’t even get me started on these other fedoras from the site, because they’re all tied for 1st on my wish list: The Mack / Panton / Henningsen. DYING. Why can’t I be a millionaire already? Okay, done being dramatic. Happy Monday! I know it’s only lunch time on the first day back from vacay, but hopefully you’re already making 2016 your year 😉
Sizing Info: I got a size XS in this floral romper and it fits extremely comfortably! (I am consistently a Small in tops and a 25 in denim for reference) Fedora: size Medium (yeah, I have a big head, I know)
