Exactly a week ago today I left half of my heart in NYC; I still cannot get the city and all of its fabulosity out of my head! {It doesn’t help that I’m in the middle of a hopelessly romantic book series based in Manhattan}. Last week I managed to stop for a makeshift photo-shoot during one of our adventure filled days, this day specifically in Manhattan, and I’m so excited to share! Partly because I’m wearing a top that I scored major discount points on from Forever 21, and partly because I’m sporting an obnoxiously sized diamond ring {faux, of course} that I also scored on from C. Wonder. I decided it was a ring that signified my love for the city, and my promise to return….one day 😉

love that leather skirt too! i tried to get it a while ago but it was already sold out in my size, sad day. alas, i will keep looking!
