Keep CALM…This Drink is Here to Help You Find Balance

At the risk of being dramatic, I titled this blog post Keep Calm…This Drink is Here to Change Your Life. The ONLY reason I found this title appropriate to today’s topic is because after incorporating CALM magnesium by Natural Vitality into my weekly lineup my life has gotten increasingly, dare I say, easier. Maybe not in the day-to-day tasks per say…but more so in the way that I go about those tasks.

First of all, let’s go over the changes I’ve experienced after mixing CALM in my tea:

  • SLEEP
    • When I go to sleep at night my mind runs WILD. I go over to-do lists, start thinking about new projects I should take on, overthink past projects that are already completed, mentally re-organize my entire house…you get it. My mind is restless the second my head hits the pillow. But with a cup of CALM  mixed in tea or water, right before bed, I’m finding so much relief / relaxation . Less overthinking, fewer sleepless nights – I’m carving out that balanced, relaxed mind space for myself with CALM. Not to mention I sleep through the night without any tossing and turning – a personal benefit I’ve seen over nearly 2 months of use.
  • STRESS
    • My stress levels have become more apparent to me as an adult; I realize that no matter how excited I am for an upcoming project or event, I still harness a lot of pent up energy around said project/event. I think about ALL the small details that may or may not occur. Will I be able to create good content for this client? Will I find parking at this event? Will I know anyone at this party? Will I sweat through my t-shirt and be embarrassed the entire time? YOU NAME IT, I’ve thought about it. Having a cup of tea calms my nerves, quiets my mind, and allows me to take in the excitement rather than stir in the anxiety.
  • CRAVINGS
    • This is a personal experience  / outcome of having the calm supplement  on-hand, but as someone that basically craves coffee at all times, this has been a wonderful alternative to incorporate into my routine. If it didn’t have adverse effects on my body, I’d have 4+ cups of coffee a day. I just love the feeling of having a cup of coffee in front of me. But, obviously, this isn’t ideal for my body. When I have those “cravings” to have a cup of coffee in front of me, I can instead make myself a cup of Calm Tea that will not only taste good, but will also help me focus and relax simultaneously.

I had seen CALM magnesium powder all over for years before finally trying it myself, and I’m so thankful that I finally did. I truly did not want to buy into the idea that a drink could be good for you and also help you function at a higher, more efficient level. But after trying it out, I can finally say I’m a believer. It also helps when SO MANY OF YOU message me on IG after I post it on my stories. It was so reassuring to know that you’re all such a fan as well! Don’t you love when that happens?
