So I have two things to point out in this post: 1. This new, ridiculously over-the-top, yet somehow oddly enticing midi pencil skirt and 2. These slightly-unnoticeable but just-long-enough-to-feel-like-my-own-version-of-Rapunzel halo hair extensions. First of all, this skirt was a whopping $7 from the sale rack at H&M this past weekend. Initially, I picked it up to mock (sad I know), but then I had this unexplainable urge to try it on. The rest was history. These extensions, however, have been buried in my bathroom cabinet for over a year; it was only recently that I decided to try them out for real. I must say, the collaboration of these two unlikely items came together in a brilliantly understated yet over-the-top way…who knew that was possible?
