I recently got to experience my first Opening Day at the Del Mar Racetrack, and I must say it was nothing short of fabulous. The hats were on another level, and the dresses would make any step-ford wife swoon. I would highly recommend reserving a day for you and your girlfriends to dress in your finest threads, topped with the largest, brightest hats you can find, and head to Del Mar for top notch people watching, champagne, and hours of feeling fabulous.
