I also did not use the primer before putting on make-up. But when my stylist said that it is not right, that you need to moisturize the skin before putting on make-up. And yes, when I started using the primer, my skin evolved, became more tender and healthy. For this reason, I recommend that you use a primer before putting on make-up.
