You may have seen bits and pieces from my recent trip to Las Vegas on Snapchat and Instagram, but I thought I would dedicate a blog post to the things I got to do, and introduce you to the amazing influencers I got to speak alongside!
I was honored to be a featured blogger on the WWD Social House Panels for the 2nd time this year; it was even better than the experience I had in February (mostly because I got to spend so much time with the incredible influencers that were involved this go around)!
The panels lasted three days, and I got to speak on one each day. Emily Schuman from Cupcakes & Cashmere was in attendance on Monday to speak about her own journey in throughout the blogging world, and to sign books at her new clothing booth!
My panels consisted of speaking on how important it is to Create Authentic Influencer Partnerships, The Power of Snapchat, and the Rising Importance of Video.
Being able to chat with some amazing brands, designers, and buyers was the highlight of each panel!

Real talk here…I got a C in my Communications class in college because I had such an intense fear of public speaking. So you better believe that I am going to be saving this name tag in my journal (remember how I talked about starting this up again in this post?) to remember how I was a SPEAKER at a CONVENTION. Whoa, didn’t see that coming…like ever (T-swift voice)

And surprisingly they’re SUPER comfortable! The wedge is pretty tall, but the padding is very soft leather and the actually heel height under the arch is not very tall. So you’re kind of just walking on platforms, but they don’t make your feet sore!
