Workouts To Do At Home

At-home workouts are more relevant now than ever. With physical isolation in full-effect, it’s so important to keep our body and mind healthy with daily movement. Whether it be for 5 minutes, or 45 minutes, everything helps! My mood is better even when I start my morning with simple stretches.

When we listen to our bodies, amazing things happen. Whether that means sleeping in past your alarm, increasing your water intake, slowing your workouts down or speeding them up – listen to what feels good and go with that. Now is the time to recenter and reconnect with your mind, body, & spirit.

Thanks to @jacquelinebfoley and this AMAZING at-home workout list that was shared with her, we have endless options to choose from during this physical isolation period!
