Last week we went to Dallas for the first time, so I thought it would be great to compile our recommendations in a Dallas Travel Guide for you to reference if you are visiting anytime soon!
My best friend (and macro coach!) Allyson was celebrating her 30th birthday, so we thought it was the perfect time to visit the highly recommended HALL Arts Hotel.
Trust me when I say this hotel is THE MOST INCREDIBLE hotel we’ve stayed at in a WHILE. From the moment we pulled up outside we were in awe. The design alone catches your attention upon arrival, and the singular art collection from the developer all throughout the property keeps you wondering what you’ll stumble on next.
We were fortunate to stay in the Overture Suite, and after experiencing it I don’t think we can ever visit again without it!
Brennan and I unanimously let out a “wow” when we opened the door to explore the room. We were greeted with a spacious living room with tall ceilings, which led us to our master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. The automatic curtains never got old throughout the trip; we felt like we were truly living a life of luxury the entire time!
If you guys followed my stories then you know I was completely enamored by our bathroom; the giant bathtub was so incredible that it has successfully made its way onto my “non-negotiable” list for our future home.
An unexpected perk was having two bathrooms in one hotel suite. It was perfect whether you’re traveling just as a couple, or having guests over for a glass of wine before you hit the town.
Needless to say, our experience staying at the Hall Arts Hotel was unmatched, and will absolutely be our hotel of choice for all future visits to Dallas.
We also got to tour the HALL Arts Residences which are connected to the hotel and let me tell you…I was ready to move right then and there. I have NEVER experienced a living experience of that level – truly incredible and unmatched.
As far as experiences around town, considering it was during COVID times we were actually greeted with much more opportunity than we experience here in California.
In-person dining is currently open in Dallas, but make sure to check out the conditions before you book any trips! Masks are mandated everywhere just like in CA, but indoor dining was open unlike CA. We went into the trip being fully accepting of social distancing and ordering takeout, but it was a very nice surprise to be able to experience a somewhat normal environment again.
